The CineDrift name, logo, and website design are the property of CineDrift. All movie and TV show metadata, images, and descriptions are provided by TMDB (The Movie Database) and remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CineDrift does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
